Herme Dio and Wedeh Dio Charges Dismissed

Judge Bruce Cohen granted the State’s motion to dismiss the charges without prejudice against Herme and Wedeh Dio, according to Karen Arra, spokeswoman for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
