Carlos Ramon Castro-Rocha Sentencing

Today, Carlos Ramon Castro-Rocha, 42, of Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, was sentenced by U.S. Senior District Judge Roslyn O. Silver to over 11 years in prison, according to a U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Arizona news release.
